Sensor Hub Low Power Microcontroller
ML610Q792

ML610Q792 is a low power microcontroller optimized for sensor control in smartphones and incorporates an original high-performance 8bit RISC CPU Core (U8) and 16bit coprocessor for arithmetic operations.
It also has two interfaces: one for connecting sensors and the other for connecting to the main chipset.
LAPIS Semiconductor's new microcontroller lightens host processor load by efficiently controlling multiple sensors, prolonging battery life.
The package size of ML610Q792 is 3.1 mm × 3.0 mm. LAPIS Semiconductor has achieved this
compactness by adopting its packaging technology WL-CSP.
