The ML610300 series is a high performance CMOS 8 bit microcontroller with speech functionality, which applied RISC method 8 bits “U8 Core” of LAPIS Semiconductor. High quality sound playback function and high power speaker amplifier are integrated as hardware, and speech output function is implemented by a monolithic. Sound quality is better and control easier than conventional middleware solutions, maximizing microcontroller performance. LAPIS Semiconductor's U8 Core featuring high performance with low power consumption. This makes it ideal for use in a variety of applications, including alarms. Moreover, the power supply voltage supporting 3V/5V allows to use not only for battery driven products but also for AC driven products. |
